User Data Deletion Policy
At Udhar Lo, we give users full control over their financial records and personal data. Below are the simple steps to delete your data locally or from cloud backup.
Option 1: In-App Complete Data Wipe (Instant)
- Open Udhar Lo on your phone.
- Go to Settings ➔ App Settings.
- Tap Clear Data / Reset App or simply uninstall the app.
- All local SQLite database files, transaction records, customer entries, and cached bills are instantly and permanently deleted from your phone.
Option 2: Delete Google Drive Cloud Backup
- Open Google Drive on your device or browser with the Google account used in Udhar Lo.
- Go to Settings ➔ Manage Apps.
- Find Udhar Lo in the connected apps list.
- Click Options ➔ Delete hidden app data or remove the UdharLo backup archive.
Option 3: Request Manual Data Deletion via Support
If you need assistance deleting any associated metadata or need verification, send an email to our support team from your registered Google email address:
