1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Udhar Lo mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Udhar Lo is a digital ledger and financial bookkeeping utility designed to help shopkeepers, small business owners, freelancers, and individuals record and track credits, debits, invoices, and customer transactions.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of entries made in your khata.
• You are responsible for securing your device and setting an app PIN/Biometric lock to prevent unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for initiating regular Google Drive backups to avoid data loss in case of device replacement or damage.

4. Limitation of Liability

Udhar Lo provides bookkeeping and ledger calculation utilities "as is". We are not a banking institution or a credit lending agency. The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost records, incorrect user entries, or disputes between buyers and sellers.

5. Intellectual Property

All software codes, brand names, visual assets, logos, and UI designs related to Udhar Lo are the proprietary property of the developer (Suresh Vaishnav).
